There is no need to get additional insurance on your vehicle. It will be covered for the full Blue Book Value
throughout the shipping process. If something happens to your vehicle during transit you will be
contacted immediately so that a claim can be filed.
How long will it take to transport my vehicle?
The time it takes for delivery will depend on the number of miles driven and road and weather conditions.
Yet, in most cases, your auto will be delivered within 24 hours.
What do I need to do to prepare my vehicle for shipment?
Please remove all personal items and make sure there in no more than ¼ tank of gas in your vehicle.
Can I ship personal items in my vehicle?
The Department of Transportation forbids any items being shipped in automobiles on an auto carrier.
Do I need to be present to pickup my vehicle?
Yes, you are an authorized representative will need to be present when your vehicle is ready to be
delivered. An inspection will be completed and the bill of lading must be signed. If for some reason you
cannot be present, please give us a call to make arrangements.
How far in advance do I need to place my order?
The sooner the better, so we can do our best to meet your specific needs.

You can contact us anytime for updates on your vehicle. In addition, you will be provided the mobile
number of the driver.
